Santo Domingo.- The National Institute for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Pro Consumidor) announced a broad monitoring operation to oversee ticket sales for Bad Bunny’s concerts in Santo Domingo. The initiative aims to safeguard the economic interests of attendees ahead of the shows scheduled for November 21 and 22 at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium.
Executive director Eddy Alcántara explained that teams from the Inspection, Surveillance, Advertising, and Prices departments will monitor the entire sales chain starting on Friday and continuing through the concert dates. Their goal is to detect and prevent practices that could harm consumers, in accordance with Law 358-05, which establishes Pro Consumidor as the national market surveillance authority.
Alcántara noted that the institution previously met with all parties involved to avoid potential violations of consumer rights. He added that Pro Consumidor inspectors will also be stationed at the stadium entrances during the events to oversee ticket verification and ensure a transparent, orderly process for attendees.

Arrest scalpers. Easy enough to do. Limit sales to 2 per person.
