Mónika Infante resigns as Aerodom director
Santo Domingo.- Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (Aerodom) announced that Mónika Infante Henríquez will step down as general director on December 31, 2025, after 14 years of leadership.
During her tenure, Infante Henríquez led major modernization efforts across the airport network and strengthened the Dominican Republic’s air connectivity. Working in partnership with VINCI Airports, she played a key role in extending Aerodom’s concession until 2060, securing US$2 billion in investments for national airport development.
“Her leadership has been essential to improving airport infrastructure, enhancing connectivity, and advancing sustainable development across the Dominican Republic,” stated Valérie Vesque-Jeancard, VINCI Airports’ Deputy Director for France, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, and Chair of Aerodom’s Board of Directors.
Vesque-Jeancard added that the executive who will assume the role of general director will be announced soon, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of major projects—including construction of the new passenger terminal at Las Américas International Airport.
