Scattered showers, mild temperatures

Santo Domingo.- TheNational Weather Office (Onamet) on Monday forecasts scattered showers from atrough over the country and the prevailing east-southeast wind which drags humidityover Dominican territory.

It said the rains willbe more frequent over the eastern and northeastern provinces.

Onamet said the troughwill continue bringing showers over the country Tuesday, in addition to thunderstormsover the Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains.

It said temperatures willseasonably warm during the day and pleasant at night and early evening.
