A mixed bag of fuel prices

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Friday posted the fuel prices for the week from January 13 to 19, when premium gasoline will cost RD $ 229.30 per gallon, while regular will reach RD $ 213.20, both up RD $ 2.00.

The gallon of regular diesel will cost RD $ 175.50, or RD $ 1.00 lower and optimum diesel will cost RD $ 188.60 per gallon, RD $ 1.00 more.

Avtur will cost RD$138.90 per gallon; kerosene RD $ 165.30, both with an increase of RD $ 2.00, while fuel oil will be sold at RD $ 112.85 per gallon, up RD $ 1.00.

Propane gas will cost RD $ 116.30 per gallon, RD $ 3.00 lower, while natural gas will continue at RD $ 28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD $ 48.47 per gallon was used to calculate all fuel prices.
