Users report problems with Altice telecom service(Update)

Santo Domingo.- Altice Dominicana on Wednesday said that its network has been impacted by a “general incident” that affects mobile voice and data services.

“Our technical department works hard to correct it and restore services as soon as possible,” the company said in a statement.

Through social networks, the customers say they cannot receive or make phone calls.
