Altice says service completely restored, reiterates compensation

Santo Domingo.- The telecom Altice Dominicana Thursday night said its mobile service that had been affected by a technical crash was “completely restored.”
“Technicians, local and international contractors worked hard to replace equipment and resolve the incident,” said Altice Dominicana president Ana Figueiredo in a statement.
The telecom said it brought technical experts from Portugal and the United States to restore its mobile service, adding that all affected customers will receive the “corresponding compensation.”
