Magnitude 4.6 tremor shakes southeast Santiago

Santiago.- A magnitude 4.6 tremor with an epicenter southeast of Santiago was reported early this Friday morning by the Civil Defense authorities.

The earthquake recorded in the early hours of this Friday was felt northeast of Baitoa and the Tavera dam, and northwest of La Penda and La Vega. The tremor was felt in Santiago and all of Cibao Central.
