New York.- Colonel Donni Sonni Cepeda, serving as the Dominican National Police Liaison in New York and Providence, represented Major General Ramón Antonio Guzmán Peralta, Director General of the Dominican National Police, at the annual Operation Sentry Conference organized by the New York City Police Department (NYPD). He was accompanied by First Lieutenant Edgar Olega Montes de Oca.

Before the main event, the Dominican delegation attended a reception on November 5 at the Peninsula Hotel in New York, hosted by the NYPD’s Office of Intelligence and Counterterrorism, to recognize ongoing collaboration between the two police forces.

The Operation Sentry Conference, held on November 6 at NYPD headquarters, brought together international law enforcement representatives to share intelligence and strengthen joint strategies against crime and terrorism. Through its participation, the Dominican National Police continues to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise with global security agencies to address transnational threats and reinforce international security efforts.
