Dominican attractions impress Chinese delegation in fam trip

Santo Domingo.- A delegation from China that visited the country recently, said that the country as a destination is wonderful, and affirmed that more tourists from that Asian nation will come to the Caribbean country.

The delegation of tour operators, journalists and “influencers” came to the country on a fam trip to promote Dominican Republic in China so its nationals get to know the Caribbean, and make it their favorite long-distance destination.

Delegation member Liao Yi, editor of Chinese tourism website QYER Inc., called being in the Dominican Republic a unique experience that offers considerable variety such as beaches, colonial architecture, culture and history, among others. “I like it a lot, I love this country, its blue beaches, its colonial buildings, also its gastronomy and the people are very nice.”
