Madrid, Spain.- The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, inaugurated the Dominican Republic’s striking stand at the Fitur tourism fair, accompanied by Spanish football legend Iker Casillas Fernández. The event, which began this Wednesday and runs until Sunday, showcases the country’s vibrant culture and stunning destinations.

Collado praised the stand’s design, which features the colors of the Dominican flag and highlights the nation’s beaches and natural beauty. “This impressive stand is a small sample of the beauty and grandeur of our Dominican Republic,” he remarked, expressing optimism about surpassing last year’s achievements at Fitur.

Designed by architect Liza Ortega, the 1,180-square-meter stand includes over 200 square meters of screens displaying captivating visuals of the Dominican Republic’s diverse landscapes and cultural symbols.
