Dominican Republic consulates to reopen 2 weeks after attacks in Haiti

Santo Domingo.- Dominican Republic’s five consulates in Haiti will reopen fully Tuesday, two weeks after the attacks by mobs of Haitians in that country, said Commercial attaché in that country Hector Pastor Vasquez.
