Santo Domingo.- National Drugs Control Directorate (DNCD) president Félix Alburquerque, revealed Mon. that drug traffickers have aeronautical engineers who build aircraft for the transfer of drugs. The official cited the case of the small-scale plane that crashed Jan. 23 in San Rafael del Yuma, eastern La Altagracia province, which he affirms was being tested by drug traffickers in that area. ...
