Spanish mogul Pepe Hidalgo becomes a Dominican citizen

SD. Spanish group Globalia president JuanJose Hidalgo Acera (Pepe Hidalgo) on became a Dominican citizen Wednesday whenhe took the oath at the Interior and Police Ministry.
